1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is applicable only if the product you received is:

Damaged during transit,

Defective, or
 - 
Different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide:

A clear unboxing video of the package (from opening the parcel to showing the issue without any cuts).
 - 
Request for exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@cutegifts.in.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
- 
Products that are customized/personalized as per your request (except if damaged/defective).
 - 
Products without a valid unboxing video.
 - 
Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
 
3. Exchange Process
- 
Email us at support@cutegifts.in with your order ID, issue details, and the unboxing video.
 - 
Our team will verify the request within 2-3 business days.
 - 
If approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product or a replacement of equal value.
 - 
Shipping costs for the exchange (if applicable) will be communicated during the process.
 
4. Refund Policy
- 
Since our products are custom-made, we do not provide refunds.
 - 
Only exchanges are possible in cases mentioned above.
 - 
If the replacement product is unavailable, we may issue a store credit/voucher instead of a refund.
