Return and Refund Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange is applicable only if the product you received is:

    • Damaged during transit,

    • Defective, or

    • Different from what you ordered.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide:

    • A clear unboxing video of the package (from opening the parcel to showing the issue without any cuts).

    • Request for exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@cutegifts.in.


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are customized/personalized as per your request (except if damaged/defective).

  • Products without a valid unboxing video.

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.


3. Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@cutegifts.in with your order ID, issue details, and the unboxing video.

  2. Our team will verify the request within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product or a replacement of equal value.

  4. Shipping costs for the exchange (if applicable) will be communicated during the process.


4. Refund Policy

  • Since our products are custom-made, we do not provide refunds.

  • Only exchanges are possible in cases mentioned above.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, we may issue a store credit/voucher instead of a refund.
